Are you ready to join a dynamic team? We’re seeking a Finance & Insurance Manager to join us at Devils Lake Cars.

The Finance & Insurance Manager plays a key role in delivering a smooth, transparent, and positive vehicle-buying experience. This position is responsible for securing financing, collecting payments, presenting protection products, and ensuring every transaction meets federal, state, and lender compliance requirements. The ideal candidate is guest-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute to dealership success while building long-term guest relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Present and explain finance and protection products clearly, ethically, and confidently

Structure deals accurately and ensure compliance with dealership policies and legal requirements

Complete, review, and finalize all finance and lease documentation for accuracy

Maintain strong relationships with lending partners and stay current on lender programs

Collaborate with the sales team to maximize guest satisfaction and dealership profitability

Safeguard guest information by following all privacy and data security guidelines

Stay up to date on federal, state, and local regulations affecting automotive finance

Collect payments when necessary

Qualifications & Skills

Previous automotive finance experience preferred (or strong automotive sales background with finance knowledge)

Solid understanding of auto financing, leasing, and aftermarket products preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High level of integrity and professionalism

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
