This role is all about connecting with people, understanding their needs, and helping them find the right coverage. You’ll be working in a dynamic**sales center environment**, closing deals and making a real impact. **Compensation**: Base pay**$41,600**+**monthly** **commission**
**Location**: 7910 Microsoft Way, Charlotte, NC 28277
**Schedule**: Monday–Friday 8am–5pm + one Saturday/month 9am–1pm
**Remote Work**: This is an in-office role **What You’ll Be Doing** **Connect & Consult**: Handle inbound and outbound calls, consult with customers, and match them with the right coverage and benefits. Strong communication skills—both verbal and written Experience in sales or call centers is a plus—but if you’re outgoing and coachable, we want to talk!
