We’re hiring skilled therapists and group facilitators to provide compassionate, evidence‑based care within a serene, 94‑acre setting in Florida’s Ocala National Forest. What You’ll Do
Assess, diagnose, and provide clinical services for individuals with behavioral health disorders. Facilitate group therapy sessions to support recovery and emotional well‑being. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain documentation of therapy services according to facility and professional standards. Participate in treatment team meetings and coordinate case management and discharge planning. What We Offer
Starting pay: $27/hour (commensurate with experience) Schedule: Four 10‑hour days (options: Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM) Comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth. Essential Functions
Apply psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions for individuals and families. Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop initial discharge plans. Provide individual, group, or family sessions as appropriate. Provide initial treatment planning and coordinate additional services. Maintain accurate documentation and caseloads. Collaborate with treatment team and provide case management where needed. Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, professional attitude toward clients. Other Functions
Perform additional tasks as assigned. Education/Experience/Skills
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Human Services (required). At least one year of experience with comparable patient population. Licenses/Designations/Certifications
State or national licensure for professional therapy providers (or eligible for state licensure). CPR and de‑escalation/restraint certification (required). First aid may be required. Qualifications
Knowledge of evidence‑based therapies and trauma-informed care. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Capacity to manage caseloads and maintain thorough documentation. Employment Type
