The Karvas Lab is seeking a creative, intelligent, and passionate postdoctoral research associate to study the development of the human placenta. We utilize two cutting‑edge in vitro model systems- trophoblast organoids and a continuous blastoid and integrated human embryo model. Candidate should be eager to perform in vitro experiments, culture of multiple lines of organoids and stem cells, assist others in the lab, and lead projects that result in high impact publications. Requirements are a PhD in developmental, cell, molecular biology fields; advanced cell culture experience; bioinformatics skills or a willingness to learn; proficiency in english.
