Adventist Health Clear Lake (located in Paradise, CA – near Chico, CA) is actively seeking an
experienced
Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to serve in our Rapid Care clinic. Our Rapid Care clinic is an extended‑hours clinic operating out of our Rural Health clinic.
Responsibilities
The incoming Advanced Providers will work with an experienced clinician who provides continuous and comprehensive services necessary for the promotion of optimal health, prevention and treatment.
Candidate will perform a variety of advanced clinical duties involved in assessing, treating, controlling, and preventing patient illness and disease.
Perform physical examinations, administer medications as prescribed, and offer coaching and education to meet patient needs.
Education
Graduate from an accredited school/college of Physician Assistants, as applicable – Required
Bachelor's Degree – Preferred
Board Certified – Required
Two years primary care or allied health experience – Preferred
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – Required
APP licensure in state of practice – Required
Required Licenses/Certifications Wage scale: $160,000 – $198,000 per year.
