Overview

License reimbursement if traveling to a new state where a new license is required
Pick your assignments at partner facilities from various health systems across the country
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Travels.
Provide direct nursing care and delegate and supervise all nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act.
Demonstrate clinical competence, manage patient care, improve quality of care, and establish professional relationships.
Supervise Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides, and Techs.
Minimum Qualifications
1 year as a Registered Nurse in an ICU is required.
Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
Current, valid, and active driver’s license required.
Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.
Certificates, Licensures, Registrations
Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
Current ACLS and BLS certification from a Vibra Travels‑approved vendor required; AHA preferred and required by some clients.
CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse) is preferred and may be required by some clients.
Other certifications such as TCRN, CEN, and CMC may be required by some clients.
Vibra follows federal and state requirements for vaccinations, vaccination offerings, and disease screening. Some states and locations may have different vaccine or screening requirements.
