PRN Speech Language Pathologist

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. As a Speech Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients using individualized care plans developed from comprehensive evaluations.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.

Apply strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills to work well with others and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.

Administer standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor patients' progress.
