Provide leadership and oversight for nursing staff during weekend shifts
Supervise and coordinate resident care in compliance with State and Federal regulations
Conduct daily resident assessments and adjust care plans as needed
Assist physicians during rounds and ensure accurate communication of orders
Mentor, train, and support nursing personnel
Prepare daily staff assignments and ensure smooth unit operations
Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations
