Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for Intrafusion services within the East Region Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities with specialty practices, hospitals, and integrated delivery networks Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians and C-suite executives Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to demonstrate how Intrafusion solutions meet client requirements Negotiate and close complex sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for clients and the company Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business development or sales, preferably in the healthcare industry Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving significant revenue growth Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications
