What You’ll Do
Lead all phases of project management including pre‑construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and closeout;
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget;
Collaborate closely with field staff, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and owners to drive successful project outcomes;
Provide accurate cost estimating and value engineering support during project development;
Review and negotiate contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders;
Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders;
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork on every jobsite.

Qualifications
3-7 years of experience managing commercial construction projects;
Proven track record with projects ranging up to $25M;
Solid understanding of project estimation, scheduling (Primavera/MS Project), and cost control;
Ability to lead project teams, train and develop direct reports, and build strong relationships with clients and trade partners;
Strong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills;
Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.);
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
