Job Summary The Reporting Analyst will support operational decision‑making, performance monitoring, and process improvement across the Operations division by generating, analyzing, and interpreting data. The role requires strong analytical skills, understanding of healthcare utilization trends, and the ability to communicate findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
What You’ll Do Analyze and interpret operational data; develop reports and dashboards; identify trends and efficiencies; collaborate with cross‑functional teams; document project requirements and perform gap analyses; provide data‑driven recommendations to improve service delivery.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent business experience.
3‑6 years of data analytics experience.
Advanced proficiency in MS‑Excel or similar analytic platforms.
Understanding of healthcare payer and provider models, especially Home Health operations and Utilization Management workflows.
Experience with cloud‑based data environments and large‑scale data extraction and transformation.
Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
Experience with project documentation, gap analysis, and source‑to‑target mapping.
