Job Summary Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and growing team. This role is integral to the operations, focusing on managing a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial lines insurance, exceptional client relationship management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Package

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually

Responsibilities

Collaborate with producers to develop marketing plans for accounts expiring within 120 days.

Review expiring exposures and request updates from clients; complete applications for new business in EPIC.

Prepare and send submissions to markets and/or quote products online in coordination with producers.

Analyze clients' insurance needs, compare insurance packages, and provide recommendations based on risk and coverage costs.

Execute and bind insurance and finance contracts on behalf of the agency and its clients.

Review quotes, verify desired coverages, and prepare proposals for clients.

Bind coverage with carriers prior to expiration and ensure timely invoicing of accounts.

Issue Auto IDs and renewal certificates in advance of expiration.

Process automatic renewals and ensure policies are prepared and checked for accuracy.

Collaborate with processors/assistants to ensure policies are sent to clients in a timely and accurate manner.

Prepare summaries and conduct thorough policy checks.

Qualifications/Requirements

Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.

Expertise: Strong understanding of generalist commercial insurance accounts, including quoting new and renewal business.

Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills with a client-focused approach.

Education: Relevant certifications or designations in insurance are preferred but not required.
