Job Summary The Cycle Count Lead Analyst/E‑commerce Support is a multifaceted role responsible for overseeing cycle counting activities within the warehouse while managing e‑commerce operations. This position involves leading inventory accuracy efforts, handling stock control, shipping parts and providing customer and supplier support. The role requires strong organisational and multitasking abilities, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities Cycle Count Management

Plan, coordinate and execute cycle count activities to ensure accurate and timely inventory counting.

Develop and maintain cycle count schedules and prioritise counts based on inventory value and turnover.

Ensure compliance with cycle count procedures and timely completion of counts.

Inventory Analysis

Analyse cycle count results and inventory discrepancies to identify root causes and trends.

Investigate variances, determine causes of discrepancies and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement corrective actions.

System Maintenance

Maintain inventory accuracy in AX.

Perform system transactions, reconcile inventory records and address system issues as necessary.

Reporting and Metrics

Generate cycle count reports to monitor inventory accuracy and performance.

Provide regular updates to management on cycle count results, trends and areas for improvement.

Training and Development

Train and guide cycle count associates to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to streamline cycle count processes, increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and optimise procedures.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with warehouse operations, materials management, finance and other departments to address inventory‑related issues.

Serve as a subject matter expert on inventory management and cycle count processes.

People Leadership

Provide leadership and direction to cycle count associates and material handlers.

Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.

E‑commerce Operations

Receive deliveries for e‑commerce and parcel carriers, including Rugby.

Ship parts to customers, including those related to Rugby sales.

Work directly with production to acquire parts needed to complete e‑commerce orders.

Answer customer queries and fulfil e‑commerce orders promptly.

Maintain accurate inventory records for the e‑commerce warehouse.

Customer and Supplier Support

Provide excellent customer support by addressing queries and resolving issues with internal and external customers.

Assist with supplier interactions as needed.

Additional Tasks

Assist with any other tasks as assigned to support overall warehouse and e‑commerce operations.
