CCK is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a full‑time attorney. In this role, you will represent veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces in appeals for VA disability benefits before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC) and other legal matters across multiple forums. You may also collaborate with other teams on cases involving different aspects of veterans law beyond appellate litigation.

Responsibilities
Case record analysis, brief writing; and
Electronic filing of necessary documents and appeals.

Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to at least one State Bar
Licensed attorneys or those who have recently passed any state bar exam are preferred.
Experience
Prior experience is not required.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range is $80,000 - $110,000 based on experience
Advancement opportunities based on performance.
