The Business EE portfolio promotes customer adoption of energy efficiency behaviors and equipment through facility audits, operational optimization, deep retrofits of existing buildings, and efficient design for new construction. These engagements typically involve a high level of engagement and coordination with internal teams that support the customers from concept to completion, and with external parties that implement these projects behind the meter. This position provides leadership, management, supervision and guidance to a team that typically has < 12 employees, < 12 vendor contracts that provide technology, equipment and staffing needed for successful execution, and is accountable for a budget of
