About The Job As a People and Culture Recruiting and Engagement Specialist with Fagron Holding, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and securing top‑tier talent while supporting employee engagement, select employee relations activities, and site‑level HR operations. Partnering closely with hiring managers and under the direction of the People and Culture Manager, you will lead full‑cycle recruitment efforts, contribute to engagement and development initiatives, and provide operational HR support that promotes retention, compliance, and long‑term success.

This position supports our Austin, Texas site and provides recruiting and engagement support for multiple Fagron locations as business needs require, including periodic visits to neighboring Geninic Science sites. You will help foster a positive employee experience, from candidate attraction through onboarding and ongoing engagement, while ensuring alignment with regulatory standards, quality expectations, and Fagron’s mission of delivering exceptional products and services to healthcare providers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Partner with hiring and department managers to assess staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans supporting multiple locations as business needs require.

Manage full‑cycle recruitment for roles across pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and administrative/support functions.

Collaborate with hiring managers to develop compliant job descriptions and candidate criteria aligned with business objectives and company culture.

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Post job openings through the Fagron recruitment system and proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

Serve as a subject matter expert for recruitment platforms and assessment tools, ensuring consistent and effective usage across the organization.

Conduct candidate screenings and interviews, partnering with hiring managers to select top talent.

Ensure a positive, engaging, and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Employee Engagement & Onsite Experience

Support and execute employee engagement initiatives, including onboarding experiences, recognition activities, and culture‑building programs.

Coordinate and manage onsite events, activities, and engagement initiatives that promote collaboration and a positive workplace culture.

Represent Fagron at job fairs, university recruiting events, community outreach events, and employer branding activities.

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Associate’s degree preferred.

2‑5 years of relevant experience.

Experience with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
