Assist in carrying out the maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager Assist with make-ready processes to meet the property’s operational objectives Attend to community maintenance duties, respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner Perform regular swimming pool maintenance and maintain accurate chemical logs Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards and ensure safety Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend the life of the community Follow Asset Living key policies and maintain a well-organized, stocked maintenance shop in compliance with safety standards and OSHA guidelines Support the Maintenance Supervisor with safety programs, inspections, and quick response to on-site issues Participate in unit inspections and assist with inventory monitoring of equipment and supplies Maintain accurate records for service requests, make-ready status, and work performed Support general upkeep, maintenance, and cleaning of offices, common areas, and model units Report violations of community rules to the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Community Manager Participate in on-call emergency coverage at the community Utilize resources efficiently and perform additional tasks as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager Contribute to customer and resident relations by delivering excellent service and maintaining a professional image of the community Education/Experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements Physical Requirements

Regularly move about the site to accomplish tasks and move between worksites Ability to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, ramps, and work in various positions including tight or confined spaces Lift and move objects up to 100+ lbs; operate tools and equipment; work outdoors in varying weather; may require overtime, weekends, and night hours for on-call emergencies License/Equipment

Must have reliable transportation due to on-call emergency requirements Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $22.00 per hour to $23.00 per hour. The company offers a comprehensive total rewards package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, 401K with employer matching, and potential bonuses where applicable.
