What You Will Own As a Ford Service Technician / Mobile Technician, you are responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to manufacturer standards while delivering quality, efficiency, and professionalism every day.
Your Impact Will Include
Performing work listed on repair orders accurately and efficiently
Diagnosing and repairing engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, A/C, and electrical systems
Test‑driving vehicles and verifying repairs using diagnostic equipment
Completing warranty repairs to Ford standards
Communicating clearly with Service Advisors regarding repair needs and timelines
Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work area
What It Takes to Win Here Required — Non‑Negotiable
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screen
Preferred
Ford or ASE certifications (training available if needed)
Previous automotive service experience
