Job Description
Assist with Set up of quality documents (FMEA, CP, Work instructions) according to Bosch policy, regulations and procedures
Ensure Bosch Production System (BPS) concepts implementation starting planning phase
Implementing quality tools in workshop (SPC, POKA YOKE, PDCA, QAM)
Assist in problem solving processes
Evaluate operation flow, cycle time, machines, tools and necessary materials to meet the production plan
Assist with projects regarding cost reduction, quality improvements and customer satisfaction
Implement action to prevent occurrence of nonconformities relating to product and process through appropriate quality tools
Following all plant HSE regulations and procedures
Support maintenance department for spare parts planning
Qualifications
Working towards Bachelor degree in a technical field (Engineering degree highly preferred)
Experience in planning or manufacturing for high volume products
Computer skill in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Project leadership skills, ability to prioritize workload and meet established targets.
Willingness/ability to learn new technology and processes.
High level of teamwork, self-initiative, detailed, self-motivated and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
Use of analytical skills to problem solve.
Experience with equipment maintenance and management (PM, TPM knowledge).
Good interaction skills, effective communicator (oral, written), and willing to share information.
Understanding of statistical capability (CpK, CgK).
