Primary Job Role
Conduct all assigned work in a safe manner, adhering to all applicable safety, environmental and contamination control policies, procedures and regulations. Wear proper personal protective equipment.
Attend and successfully complete required technician training classes.
Maintain necessary set of tools required for job performance to diagnose, disassemble and assemble components to manufacturer's specifications.
Diagnose and perform designated repairs on customer or company owned equipment including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs.
Work in a neat and orderly fashion, constantly looking for ways of improving methods of work, work area, and safety standards.
Inspect components to ensure maximum parts reuse to control repair costs. Complete required documentation utilizing appropriate software to document repairs performed on equipment, and accounting for repair times.
Monitor job expenses versus repair estimates and ensure supervisor is aware of any cost overrun prior to job completion.
Approach work positively, maintain conduct supportive of the work team, and set standard for others to follow.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks on time while maintaining safety and quality expectations.
Train and/or mentor others in department.
Perform other duties as assigned.

3-4 years experience.
Required / Credentials

Valid Driver License.
Successfully completed all required training curriculum to be designated Service Field Tech II.

Proficiency in the use of a computer, Microsoft Office products and relevant Dealer software programs.
Updating of Knowledge Job requirements frequently change requiring re‑training once or more per year.
