Job Details
Schedule: Part-Time, Weekends (Every other Saturday & Sunday from 9am-5:30pm)
Facility: Sacred Heart Village
Location: Avilla, IN
Salary: $16.50 - $22.33 per hour

Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and systems throughout the facility.
Install, test, maintain and repair mechanical machinery, equipment and systems as scheduled or needed.
Perform utility and structural repairs as needed, alone or in collaboration with internal/external trades.
Inspect and test equipment.
Document and maintain records of inspections and work performed pursuant to departmental policies and warranty/vendor requirements.
Requisition materials and supplies, maintain inventory.
Respond to emergency calls in a timely manner.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration
Drivers License preferred.
Maintenance Professional specializing in Mechanics preferred.
Maintenance Professional preferred.
Education
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences
Building maintenance experience strongly preferred.
