Alternate Program Manager - DOD DFAS ELIS LinTech Global, a Dexian company

Location Indianapolis, IN

Eligibility

Clearance: Secret or TS/SCI (Top Secret Security Clearance required)

Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent

Prerequisite experience: managing a DoD or other U.S. Government agency initiative of similar nature, scope, and complexity

Successful completion of a pre‑employment background screening is required

Customer approval will be obtained before employment

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Leadership experience in information technology with a staff of 40 or more

Supervision of substantial operations encompassing user systems, integration, and training in diverse operating environments

Experience in a quality assurance environment, including customer satisfaction tracking, user complaint and monitoring programs, and quality control (QC) programs

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation of material to senior Government officials

Proven skills in manpower utilization, procurement, training problem resolution, and employee relations (including subcontractors)

Progressive experience as a Project Controller for efforts similar in size and scope

Financial experience with a focus on financial analysis

Knowledge of project structures, planning, and scheduling (WBS and activities)

Evaluation of configuration alternatives, including cost analyses, risk analyses, and performance predictions

Business decision analysis experience (e.g., cost‑benefit, business‑case analysis for major IT infrastructure assessments)

Total‑Cost‑of‑Ownership (TCO) analysis experience; familiarity with a TCO distributed computing tool and TCO suite
