Intelligence Analyst Level I (5442) with Security Clearance
Three Saints Bay, LLC, a subsidiary of Eagle Harbor, LLC, a Federal Government Contractor and industry leader, is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to support our customer in El Paso, TX.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to investigative personnel to obtain, review, and analyze source documents and statistical information, and identify information pertinent to ongoing investigations
Make recommendations to the Government on the relevancy of investigative information as related to priority intelligence requirements, and organize and conduct detailed examinations of information gathered during complex criminal and civil investigations
Provide written results within formal and informal briefings to the Government as required by the Contracting Officer’s Representative
Participate in the development methodology to exploit investigative information, conduct periodic progress reviews, and coordinate and compete quality control of all work products
Report individual findings on an ongoing basis to lead personnel
Utilize a variety of financial analysis software, including the Financial Investigations System, to process and analyze financial records
Perform data entry from hard copy and soft copy documents into a large‑scale data processing system via keyboard device, optical character reader, or other input device such as scanners, digital cameras, and copy machines
Resolve any problems and questions concerning data to be entered
Lead quality control review over software output and reconcile data with original documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
Report individual findings from the analysis of all investigative material, write intelligence reports, and create graphics and working aids
Requirements
US Citizen
Active Secret clearance is required
Ability to pass and maintain Agency Clearance
Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check
Bachelor’s degree
Two years of specialized experience involving collection, evaluation, analysis, production, and dissemination of investigative intelligence (in lieu of one year of education)
At least two years of experience working at an Investigative Analyst I level position
Excellent MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Occasional travel is required (CONUS and OCONUS)
This position requires a rotating shift schedule to include holidays and weekends
