North American and global projects . The ideal candidate will have

Imperial, PA (Hybrid – on-site three days per week) Pay Range:
$35.86 per hour Responsibilities
Drive procurement activities on assigned projects and apply advanced sourcing and procurement best practices for operational excellence. Conduct RFQs, negotiate pricing and contractual terms, and issue purchase orders. Maintain compliance with all regulations for U.S. Government and defense-related programs. Follow-up on purchase order acknowledgements, delivery status, and resolve any delivery or scheduling issues. Develop reports, analyze spend, and implement sourcing strategies to improve cost efficiency and cash flow. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; minimum 2 years’ experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and contract negotiation (or 1 year plus MBA/master’s). Experience with purchase order execution and the full procure-to-pay cycle. Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally. Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills. Knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and MS Office tools including Excel.
