What You’ll Be Doing
Developing a client base through leads.
Providing tailored life insurance solutions to families, individuals, and business owners via phone, Zoom, or in person.
Building relationships with clients while educating them on the right products.
Contacting and following up with prospective clients (leads).
Managing your own schedule while staying accountable to your goals.
Attending live weekly training sessions to improve your skills and stay ahead of industry changes.
Keeping detailed records of client communication to ensure long-term relationship‑building and future service.
Maintaining a high level of professionalism, empathy, and ethical standards in every client interaction.
Adhering to state regulatory licensing requirements.
What You Need To Succeed
A current life and health insurance license issued by your home state and then contracting with insurance carriers.
A strong work ethic and a desire to grow personally and financially.
Great communication skills—verbal and written; service‑industry experience is a plus.
The ability to manage your time, calendar, and priorities effectively.
Comfort with technology—CRM systems, Zoom, email, and basic Microsoft/Apple tools.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
