The ideal candidate offers a dynamic set of skills to design and lead KYC projects, draft KYC business requirement documents, and collaborate with product and engineering to implement solutions. The candidate should be able to influence decisions, build strong cross-team relationships, and communicate effectively to design and implement solutions. What You Will Accomplish
Lead development of business requirements and technical specifications for KYC projects Collaborate with engineering and product teams to turn plans into reality Support testing of solutions and provide UAT support with participants Drive automation within operations with new technologies such as GenAI Be aware of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance in all deliverables Use data analysis to drive optimal solutions to mitigate AML risks Document processes and procedures for KYC and Enhanced Due Diligence operations teams to meet requirements Provide governance for KYC and EDD projects by tracking and communicating key deliverables and roadblocks What You Will Bring
2+ years of KYC experience in fintech, startups, technology, or emerging financial services Consistent track record in developing detailed requirements and specifications Collaboration with product and engineering to refine requirements and design Deep understanding of KYC/CDD/EDD processes and AML standards Excellent verbal and written communication skills SQL and data analysis skills Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this position is expected to be between $71,600 and $123,400. Base pay offered may vary based on location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may include a target bonus, restricted stock units (as applicable), and a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an offer is extended. If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the company reserves the right to modify base salary or other compensation programs at any time. EEO and Accessibility
