Position Overview As a
Customer Experience Trainee , you’ll gain hands‑on experience across key areas of our business, with a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence. This immersive program is designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and leadership exposure needed for long‑term career growth. Rotational Assignments
Customer Relations (1.5 months):
Engage directly with customers, understand their needs, and ensure satisfaction with our products and services.
Inside Sales (1.5 months):
Learn the art of sales, build client relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Quality Assurance (1 month):
Manage cases and ensure products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Logistics (1 month):
Gain hands‑on experience in supply chain management, including inventory, shipping, and receiving processes.
Warehouse Administration (1–2 weeks):
Learn operational aspects of our warehouse, from order fulfillment to inventory control.
Qualifications
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
