About the Role
Valued client is looking for a detail-oriented Technical Estimator to produce accurate cost estimates and schedules for commercial roofing projects. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project teams to deliver precise, data-driven results that drive project success.
Responsibilities
Develop accurate cost estimates and project schedules
Analyze drawings, specs, contracts, and field measurements
Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Collaborate with project teams and support handoffs to ensure smooth execution
Participate in post-project analysis to track estimating accuracy
Qualifications Must have familiarity with commercial roofing systems and experience in project estimating or project management with commercial roofing.

Salary $100,000 - $140,000 Annual
