This company is looking for a manufacturing technician to support reagent manufacturing within the packaging department. Great opportunity for new grads looking to gain industry experience!
Responsibilities
Filling bulk reagents into final container bottles and preparing kits of multiple reagents.
Obtaining bulk reagents from production.
Printing bottle/container labels.
Allocating reagent into containers; assembling containers; capping containers.
Packaging multiple reagents into a single container and placing finished product into inventory.
Prints labels and applies to bottles and boxes by hand or with machine.
Pipetting reagents into bottles.
Measuring reagent volumes by graduated cylinder.
Operates packaging equipment: printer, labeler, electronic/mechanical fillers.
Fills non-sterile liquid products in dark room and fume hood work areas.
Prepares components, bottles, inserts, and instructions.
Assembles kits.
Verifies accuracy and documents batch records.
Works following SOPs and following directions from Manager.
Keeps inventory status on products.
Maintains a clean, orderly, and safe laboratory environment following health and safety guidelines.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Newark, CA.
Pay And Benefits Pay range: $23.00 – $23.00/hr.
