Role Snapshot

Lead a results-oriented team in the Injection Molding Department to meet production and quality targets.

Translate the daily molding schedule into clear, prioritized tasks and communicate the plan.

Ensure safe work practices and enforce PPE compliance at all times.

Confirm procedures, work instructions, tooling, and equipment are available and correctly set up at each station.

Provide training, coaching, and ongoing feedback to build skills and elevate performance.

Keep the floor organized and audit-ready; uphold cleanliness and safety standards.

Record attendance accurately and submit complete end-of-shift reports.

Lead continuous improvement and structured problem-solving to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Scheduled hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 pm to 7:30 am.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years supervising in an injection molding environment, or a commensurate mix of education/experience.

Technical proficiency in mold/die changeovers, machine setup, and quality troubleshooting on injection molding equipment.

Knowledge of inventory control methods.

Experience applying lean manufacturing principles.

Understanding of ISO and IATF 16949 standards.

Competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Effective leadership and communication, with proven performance management capability.

Automotive background preferred.
