Position Overview This is a full-time on-site role in Longmont, CO, for an Adventure Vehicle Electrician. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive electrical systems, along with a passion for outdoor adventures and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. As an Adventure Vehicle Electrician, you will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting electrical components and systems in our custom-built adventure vehicles. From solar panels and battery systems to lighting and entertainment systems, you will play a key role in bringing our customers' dream vehicles to life.

Responsibilities

Install and wire electrical components and systems in adventure vehicles, including solar panels, batteries, inverters, interior and exterior lighting, audio/video systems, and more.

Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, and implement effective solutions to ensure the reliability and functionality of vehicle systems.

Work closely with other members of the conversion team to integrate electrical components seamlessly into vehicle designs.

Adhere to safety standards and best practices to ensure the quality and integrity of all electrical work.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an electrician, preferably in the automotive or RV industry.

Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, including wiring diagrams, schematics, and troubleshooting techniques.

Experience with solar power systems, battery management systems, auxiliary LED lighting systems, and other renewable energy technologies preferred.

Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship, with a focus on producing high‑quality workmanship.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Passion for outdoor adventures and a commitment to sustainability.

Logistics/Compensation & Benefits This is an on-site role with standard hours of operation (9‑5, 5 days per week). Our total compensation package reflects our commitment to your well‑being, featuring a generous paid time off and sick leave for a healthy work‑life balance.
