Lead monthly close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and GAAP‑compliant reporting. Prepare consolidated P&L statements and balance sheet analyses for leadership. Maintain general ledger and fixed asset records while ensuring data accuracy. Analyze financial trends and performance metrics to support decision‑making. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within accounting workflows. Collaborate across departments to meet deadlines and complete bank reconciliations. Research complex accounting issues and recommend solutions. Take on ad‑hoc projects while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards. What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 2+ years of healthcare industry experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls. Detail‑oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills. Seniority level
