Job Description Growing manufacturing and distributor in Leander TX. We’re seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team in the Austin metropolitan area. This is a full‑time, on‑site role responsible for owning key financial operations and supporting accurate, timely reporting across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Perform and oversee account reconciliations across balance sheet and P&L accounts
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives
Assist with tax-related activities and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards
Maintain and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and financial processes
Collaborate with internal partners and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Support system improvements and process optimization initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong experience in financial reporting, account reconciliations, and budget management
Solid understanding of GAAP, tax compliance, and internal controls
Hands‑on experience with AP, AR, and General Ledger functions
Proficiency with accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred CPA certification, public accounting background, or ERP system experience
