Role Description This is a full-time Associate Advisor role based in our Eldridge, IA office, with a hybrid work arrangement allowing for work-from-home flexibility. The Associate Advisor will assist in financial planning by supporting client relationship management, conducting research, preparing financial reports, and assisting in the development of tailored investment strategies. The role will also involve ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and contributing to the overall growth and success of Plan2Thrive Financial. Qualifications Knowledge of financial planning, investment strategies, and general wealth management principles Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and research skills to support the development of client portfolios Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and report generation Proficiency in financial software, tools, and technology Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently, collaborate with a team, and adapt to a hybrid work environment Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field Prior experience in financial advisory or a related industry is highly desirable FINRA Series 7 and/or Series 66 licenses, or willingness to obtain them, is preferred Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Finance and Sales
