Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for healthcare-focused use cases.
Work with large, complex datasets to extract insights and support predictive modeling initiatives.
Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and healthcare experts to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
Optimize model performance, reliability, and explainability in production environments.
Build and maintain pipelines for training, testing, and deploying models.
Stay up to date with emerging AI techniques and apply them to real healthcare challenges.
Requirements
1–3 years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, or data-focused engineering roles.
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, statistics, and model evaluation.
Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets.
Familiarity with deploying models into production environments.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
Bonus If You Have
Experience working with healthcare data or regulated environments.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Exposure to NLP, computer vision, or deep learning applications.
Experience with MLOps tools or workflow orchestration.
