San Fernando, CA | $90,000 - $120,000 (plus bonus)
Responsibilities
Ensures department understands and follows all company policies and procedures.
Coordinates and assigns technicians to set up, install, repair, and maintain all equipment and venue operations.
Maintains a documentation system for all attractions and ensures a daily report is completed for all activities performed during the assigned shift.
Ensures all Ride & Attraction equipment maintains the highest level of safety in accordance with USH Policies, accepted manufacturing practices and local standards.
Provides technical guidance and mentoring as required to Ride & Attraction Technicians within the day‑to‑day detailed installation, test, and maintenance activities in the field. Builds strong team cohesion and motivation within the Technical Services Team.
Performs all technical oversight duties and takes on all technical responsibilities in the absence of technical support personnel.
Oversees all technical interaction with Attraction Responsible Engineers, Vendors, Sub‑contractors, and other relevant third‑party parties involved with Show
