Associate Attorney

Kelly & Miller, LLC – Associate Attorney Kelly & Miller, LLC is an emerging law firm established in 2023 and located in Spring Lake, New Jersey. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role. The Associate Attorney will participate in all aspects of the civil litigation process and is responsible for the following:

Conducting legal research

Drafting legal writing and filing motions

Taking depositions and participating in alternative dispute resolution

Interacting with clients and negotiating settlements

Managing all procedural and substantive elements of civil litigation cases

Qualifications

Legal advice and research skills

Strong grasp of Personal Injury and Insurance Defense Law

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Active license to practice law in the state of New Jersey
