Patent Drafting & Prosecution:
Lead end-to-end patent drafting and prosecution before the USPTO.
Strategic Guidance:
Collaborate with engineers and inventors to craft robust, commercially-savvy IP strategies.
Client Engagement:
Manage client relationships with clear communication and expert counsel.
Team Leadership:
Assume significant responsibility from day one.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
Minimum 2-5 years in patent drafting and prosecution.
Credentials:
Registered to practice before the USPTO.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Bar Admission:
Admitted to a state bar.
Mindset:
