Initial focus on system design, case strategy, and operational build-out. On-site leadership in Houston expected within approximately one year as the Texas office scales.

Known for combining excellent legal outcomes with compassion for clients, the firm is expanding into Texas and is seeking a senior attorney to help establish the operational foundation, standards, and practices that will support long-term success statewide.

Role Overview This role is ideal for an experienced personal injury attorney who enjoys both

litigation and building systems . You’ll help establish the firm’s Texas PI operations while maintaining a limited caseload and setting the standards future attorneys will follow.

Key Responsibilities

Help establish and lead the firm’s

Texas personal injury operations

Design, document, and implement SOPs and end-to-end workflows for Texas PI matters

Build standardized forms, templates, correspondence, and process documentation

Define case-handling benchmarks, communication protocols, and escalation paths

Manage a focused personal injury caseload from intake through resolution

Conduct client interviews and oversee discovery, negotiations, and settlements

Serve as the primary Texas liaison to firm leadership

Train and mentor attorneys and staff as the Texas team grows

Participate in cross-functional discussions to continuously refine processes and systems

Qualifications

Active Texas Bar license in good standing

5+ years of personal injury experience , including pre-litigation and litigation

Demonstrated experience building or implementing SOPs or legal workflows

Strong written communication skills with attention to process documentation

Organized, systems-oriented leadership style

Client-focused, collaborative, and accountable professional approach
