Job Scope Here at Diasorin, the leader in laboratory diagnostics, this role supports the US immunodiagnostics segment with the aim to simplify specialty testing within the LIAISON family of solutions designed for hospitals and private testing laboratories. Under the direction of the Sr. Director, Product Marketing, the Instrumentation Product Manager will be the subject matter expert, responsible for developing and leading the downstream marketing strategy for the LIAISON Instrumentation franchise in the US market as part of the growth strategy for Diasorin's specialty testing offering. This includes planning and execution of sales enablement for growth in the US market. The role also supports clinical/scientific education needs and KOL collaboration. As the Product Manager, you are flexible, can assess situations quickly, and pivot as necessary while managing multiple priorities. You analyze data, recognize patterns, and present succinct recommendations for action. You will collaborate cross-functionally, keeping the customer at the center and building relationships with internal Diasorin stakeholders, external laboratory customers, and franchise partnerships to deliver customer-centric LIAISON solutions. for field/sales support and training programs for the LIAISON Instrumentation franchise. Supports business needs outside the franchise across the broader marketing team. Lead and execute the downstream marketing strategy

for the LIAISON Instrumentation franchise.

Develop a clear Instrumentation Marketing Plan to drive product adoption, uphold strong positioning, and meet revenue goals. Provide leadership to sales for segmentation/target account programs and sales support. Monitor franchises and alert leadership to risks and opportunities. Demonstrate storytelling to internal stakeholders as market research, reporting, and strategy are presented. Develop a sales forecast reflecting market opportunities and financial goals. Track performance and provide franchise reporting with deep-dive assessments as needed. Manage the budget for the instrument franchise within allotted resources. Coordinate with product development on design goals and updates to meet customer needs. Collaborate with Global Marketing and technical teams to obtain customer feedback. Establish and maintain external partner relationships for the franchise. Coordinate cross-functionally based on franchise needs.

Product Launch execution

for new instrument launches.

Lead go-to-market strategy, messaging, pricing, and launch metrics. Create launch toolkits with messaging, positioning, sales enablement, and digital assets.

Drive the planning and execution of sales enablement

for growth in share in the US market.

Support sales through the customer journey and meetings. Develop internal and customer-facing materials to improve franchise performance. Deliver customer-facing presentations and instrument demonstrations as needed. Assist with planning and execution of scientific studies and coordinate with external KOLs/scientists as necessary.

Evidence-based approach to market research and analysis

in developing franchise plans.

Stay up to date with competitive landscape and gain insights to inform strategy. Create strategic market opportunity assessments for the US market as needed. Establish market size and share positions for the franchise. Familiarize with publications and payor/provider environments. Test assumptions to ensure balanced strategic plans. Develop business cases to grow the franchise and present action plans.

Other duties may be assigned based on department or organizational needs; these may be outside the LIAISON Instrumentation franchise. Education, Experience and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (preferred Business/ Marketing/ Biological Sciences) required At least 4 years of relevant commercial/marketing experience (2 years if MBA/PhD) required Instrumentation program launch experience in the US market MBA or PhD desirable Additional relevant education or training is a plus 1+ year of healthcare-specific agency/management consulting experience 8+ years marketing/sales/analytics/project management in the IVD/healthcare/life sciences industry Laboratory experience a plus Experience translating Lean Six-Sigma into value propositions is desirable Knowledge of regulatory environments (FDA, CLIA, Health Canada) Solid knowledge of Marketing and Diagnostics, Medical Devices, Immunoassay applications Scientific and technical background to understand product characteristics as an SME Experience across traditional marketing areas including product launches and digital marketing Experience launching at least one IVD product Ability to identify, plan, and execute marketing campaigns aligned to strategy Ability to gain competitive insights to inform strategy Familiarity with Software / Business Tools Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams Excel data analytics and organization PowerPoint for visualization and storytelling SmartSheet What we offer The hiring range for this position is $126,068-$166,104 annually. This salary reflects factors including education, skills, experience, certifications, etc. Diasorin offers a comprehensive rewards package with health benefits, retirement, time off, wellbeing support, and perks.
