R-7648### SummaryThe Operations Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all branch operations that support residential single-family home projects, with a strong focus on cabinet and millwork delivery and installation. This role partners closely with builders, field teams, and internal departments to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and to quality standards. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in homebuilding operations, cabinetry, and managing multiple workflows in a fast-paced construction environment.### Essential Functions* Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including order processing, estimating, purchasing, scheduling, logistics, and customer service* Manage and support Install and Template teams to ensure jobs are properly scoped, scheduled, and completed on time* Coordinate material flow and inventory to support cabinet production, delivery, and installation for active home projects* Analyze operational performance, job costs, schedules, and capacity to improve efficiency and profitability* Serve as a key point of contact for builders and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain strong working relationships* Lead, train, and develop team members, ensuring accountability, safety, and consistent execution of processes* Support long-term operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives* Perform other duties as assigned to support branch and company goals### Education & Experience**Required*** Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent construction/operations experience* 5–7 years of experience in operations management within single-family home construction, cabinetry, millwork, or a related residential building trade**Preferred*** Experience working directly with production or custom home builders* Background managing installation crews, field schedules, and material logistics### Skills & Competencies* Strong understanding of residential construction workflows and builder expectations* Proven ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and priorities simultaneously* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving abilities* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven construction environment* Proficient with basic technology tools, including MS Office Suite and construction or ERP systems*If you like working with a growing close knit team and helping home owners design the home of their dreams, come build your career with us!*All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, individual with disabilities, veteran status, gender identity or national origin.Powered by its award-winning technology platform, Interior Logic Group, Inc. is the largest national provider of interior design and finish solutions to the building industry.
