Come join us on this journey to create a brighter, more sustainable future in the Columbus area.** The Facilities Manager oversees the maintenance, reliability, and performance of all building systems that support our manufacturing operations. This role leads a team of Facilities associates, develops preventive maintenance programs, manages repairs, and ensures that safety is always prioritized. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.**Key Responsibilities:*** Ensure all work is completed with the safety of our associates as the top priority.* Lead the organization, oversight, and execution of maintenance, monitoring, and repair of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural, and other critical infrastructure).* Develop training plans to upskill Facilities associates and support talent development within the team.* Set departmental targets and create plans to reduce downtime and ensure reliable support for production operations.* Maintain the department budget and oversee spare parts inventory to control costs through responsible management.* Ensure daily monitoring checklists and assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time.* Develop, implement, and maintain the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program for all facility systems and equipment.* Collect, analyze, and report on maintenance data to identify trends, increase reliability rates, and support continuous improvement.* Ensure proper documentation, archiving, and confidential management of maintenance records, service reports, and compliance materials.* Collaborate with Production, Equipment, EHS, and other cross-functional teams to support operational needs and facility initiatives.* Oversee vendor relationships, contract work, inspections, and compliance with local, state, and federal building regulations.**Qualifications:*** 5+ years of experience in facilities management, industrial maintenance, or related field (manufacturing environment preferred).* 2+ years of experience supervising or leading a team.* Strong knowledge of building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural, and mechanical.* Experience developing and managing preventive maintenance programs.* Proficiency in maintenance management systems (CMMS).* Strong communication, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to operational needs.* Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed within a manufacturing environment.**At Illuminate USA, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
