Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Process and administer wage garnishments, including child support, tax levies, and other court-ordered deductions.* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws governing garnishments and wage withholding.* Review and interpret legal documents and verify accuracy before implementation.* Coordinate with payroll to ensure timely and accurate deductions and payments.* Maintain detailed records and respond to inquiries from employees and agencies.**What Are We Looking For*** 2–3 years of experience administering wage garnishments while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.* Ability to interpret and apply legal and regulatory requirements.* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with payroll systems.* Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.**Work Environment**
This position operates in a hybrid professional setting with routine use of standard office equipment.
