Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner. Assist clients with booking changes, cancellations, and special travel requests. Provide accurate, up-to-date information about destinations, travel documentation, and agency procedures. Follow up with clients to confirm plans and collect feedback after travel.
