SAP & Ariba – Supply Chain Digital Transformation (Hybrid)

* Architect and design SAP and Ariba solutions to address complex supply chain challenges, ensuring alignment with RTX standards and industry best practices.* Administer and support supply chain applications, including supplier portals, Ariba, SAP, and other enterprise tools.* Collaborate with Supply Chain customers, DT subject matter experts, enterprise architects, and infrastructure teams to define, test, and implement new or upgraded applications in support of business initiatives.* Lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of SAP and Ariba modules, including Procurement, Supplier Management, and Spend Analysis.* Support migrations between applications/systems and contribute to enterprise-level synergy projects targeting common applications and processes across the organization.* Provide technical expertise and guidance on SAP and Ariba technologies, including configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems.* Interact with end customers on technical issues requiring subject matter expert support and drive issues to closure.* Collaborate with other Digital Technology teams and software vendors to define service and application roadmaps.* Ensure compliance with Security and Global Trade Policies and RTX cybersecurity policies.* Develop and maintain architecture documentation, technical roadmaps, system blueprints, and provide analysis and estimates for upcoming tasks.* Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.* Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
