Compensation:
$29.41/hr (weekly pay)

General Function The Supply Chain Sr. Planner is responsible for contributing to profit and growth of all channels of trade in the Wholesale Division by providing end‑to‑end operational oversight of marketing‑led initiatives on strategic and brand‑driving product placements. They maintain cross‑functional alignment on goals, timelines, and priorities, and execute market strategies using SAP, creating and monitoring order entry capabilities for top high‑visibility customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
Owns end‑to‑end management of marketing initiatives and top projects across all wholesale customers and brands.
Sets project standards and best practices for execution, communication, and tracking of projects within the Supply Chain team and with external partners.
Provides executive‑ready weekly and ad‑hoc status updates on progress or success of the initiatives.
Works with external teams such as sales, marketing, brand, product, sales operations, go‑to‑market, global supply chain, and global NPI, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring alignment.
Proactively anticipates risks and constraints, proposing mitigation plans before issues impact service or revenue.
Escalates and resolves issues as needed through expert relationship management, problem‑solving, and solutions‑based thinking.
Serves as a subject‑matter expert on order execution, logic, and SAP controls related to go‑to‑market strategy.
Partners with brand, product, and sales leadership to evaluate trade‑offs and recommend execution paths that balance strategy, inventory, and service.
Reviews complex order rejections and exceptions, making judgment calls and influencing decisions across functions.
Identifies systemic go‑to‑market execution issues and leads improvements or policy changes.
Owns forecast accuracy, inventory health, and service performance for assigned clients, with accountability for results.
Develops insights and forward‑looking analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
Leads customer‑level inventory and service discussions with sales and leadership.
Establishes planning routines and standards tailored to the account behavior.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain or related fields.
5+ years’ experience in similar roles.
Robust quantitative approach to discussions.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills to provide statistics and metrics.
Ability to turn data into useful insights with proven examples.
Excellent PC skills including MS Office & SAP.
Advanced Excel skill set – ability/aptitude to learn/create spreadsheets using advanced formulas (lookups, IF statements, pivot tables).
Strong PowerPoint skills – proven experience with creating and communicating to presentation decks.
Experience working on a legacy/enterprise database system and input and retrieve data from multiple sources and ability to draw data‑driven solutions.
Database – ability/aptitude to access reports, build and manipulate queries.
Experience with a planning software.
Excellent communication skills and coordination capabilities.
Ability to drive conversation and influence peers.
Ability to work and make informed decisions in fast‑paced environments.
Agile mindset and ability to learn complex data relationships quickly.
Knowledge of fashion sales cycles and buying practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the fashion and accessories industry.
Experience with Order Management cycles.
Experience with SAP AFS1.
Business Intelligence – ability to create and update reports (SAP Business Objects).
DPM knowledge.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau.
Experience with automation software such as Power Automate.
Experience with programming through Python, Visual Basic, or Dax.
Proven history with leading meetings.
