As an Asset Protection Associate, you will support facility security staff, monitor access control equipment, and perform audits related to employee health and safety. You will also collaborate on stakeholder engagement, data analysis, training delivery, and process improvement to promote a safe and efficient environment. Schedule

Support facility security staff Monitor and maintain access control equipment Access organizational resources to address business‑specific health and safety hazards Support implementation of OSHA and industry guidelines Employee Health & Safety
Conduct daily audits of buildings and food safety audits Create audit reports and interface for workers' compensation issues Analyze and report claim types requiring settlement Partnership Collaboration
Own delivery of project activity and tasks assigned by others Support process updates and changes Demonstrate functional knowledge of the supported business unit Data and Digital Literacy
Gather and interpret data in digital environments Analyze and create reports using existing models and templates Leverage technology to automate processes where possible EHS Training Delivery
Support training program activities Manage feedback collection from training participants Maintain training delivery repositories and explain procedures to contractors Influential Communication
Organize and communicate thoughts credibly and concisely Present and influence team members and business partners Use data and facts to articulate results and provide recommendations Process Improvement
Support implementation of process improvement strategies Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements Participate in investigations and root‑cause analysis Environmental Protection
Demonstrate awareness of environmental regulations and compliance Respond to regulatory inquiries and implement policies Contribute to environmental targets and promote initiatives Operational Excellence
Explain operational functions and key roles of the department Clarify departmental interdependence and SOPs Identify primary operational functions of the organization Compliance and Ethics
Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity using the Open Door Policy and related action plans. Respect the Individual & Act with Integrity
