Full-Stack Developer
who can drive integration development and help build internal IT tools that keep our teams productive and aligned.
Role Overview As a Full-Stack Developer, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining mission-critical integrations between our ERP, Shopify, PLM, and other internal systems. You’ll also support IT operations by developing internal tools, automating workflows, and solving real business problems with technology. This is a high-impact, hybrid role that blends engineering, systems thinking, and IT operations support.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain integrations between ERP (AS/400, IBM i), Shopify, PLM (e.g., Yunique), and internal tools
Develop web-based internal applications and dashboards to support merchandising, operations, and finance teams
Work with Shopify’s
GraphQL API
to enable storefront features, reporting, and back-office automations
Build IT tooling such as scripts, utilities, and lightweight automations to improve team efficiency
Manage and troubleshoot data pipelines, ensuring reliable syncing across platforms
Support and extend EDI workflows and file-based integrations with external trading partners
Collaborate with the Director of IT and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver reliable solutions
Contribute to IT operations, including deployment automation, logging, scripting, and maintaining internal Git-based code repositories
Required Qualifications
Proficiency with GraphQL , specifically within the Shopify ecosystem
Strong SQL skills; able to write performant queries and stored procedures
Experience with REST APIs and integration best practices
Familiarity with Linux systems and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python)
Abstract understanding of business systems such as ERP, PLM, CMS, WMS and how they interact
Experience automating IT tasks and building internal tools to support system/process management
Proficient in EDI document handling and file-based data exchange (e.g., FTP, SFTP)
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating within established security frameworks in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Skills
Experience with AS/400 (IBM i) systems and/or RPG, TrustedLink for i
Familiarity with PLM systems like Yunique
Background in apparel, manufacturing, or retail industry
Experience with lightweight DevOps/CI tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, PM2, Docker)
Middleware experience with Apache NiFi or similar platforms
VMWare reporting, automation, and management
