Position Summary The Administrator in Training program includes hands‑on training and development with a seasoned Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, rotation through various departments and duties in a skilled nursing or assisted living facility, education on the interrelationships of the facility with outside parties and government agencies, and study of regulations and requirements associated with the operation of a skilled nursing facility. Other topics include basic leadership and management skills, business/fiscal accounting management, principles of risk management and health‑care compliance. Candidates must meet minimum regulatory requirements for licensure in their state of intended residence and be able to travel and attend company training.
Education & Qualifications
Must be located within 40 miles of the facility.
Bachelor’s Degree required or currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program for Nursing Home Administration.
Shift & Wage
Full‑time opportunity available.
Shift needed: varies.
Wage: starting at $20.00 per hour.
