Responsibilities

Design test architectures that support integration of multiple ground C2 systems to produce a common operational picture. Set up, configure, operate, and maintain ground C2 applications (e.g., JTCW, TCS, GCCS, TSOA, CHE, CDN, JBC‑P, MCH). Provide technical input to network architecture and system application during integration meetings to support connectivity and readiness. Integrate ground C2 applications with aviation C2 systems for a common operational picture. Diagnose and troubleshoot ground C2 systems, the common operational picture, and associated networks during test or evaluation events. Administer Windows, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, VMware ESXi, and Android‑based systems, ensuring up‑to‑date software and compliance with ATO and program office directives. Configure virtualized server computing environment as required. Provide Ground C2 Marine Corps operational expertise during planning and execution of test and engineering events. Review and give written feedback on technical and test documentation. Offer technical and operational feedback during test and engineering events, including integration and interoperability recommendations. Provide on‑site operations and training support. Document resolution of issues encountered during FMF operations, system integration, test preparation and execution, engineering, and training efforts. Qualifications

Minimum Position Requirements

Four years of experience operating, administering, training, or testing ground C2 systems such as JTCW, TCS, GCCS, TSOA, CHE, CDN, JBC‑P, or MCH. Strong verbal and written communication skills for conveying technical content. Ability to develop technical documentation, including test plans, reports, problem reports, architecture diagrams, and briefings. Current knowledge of emerging processes, methodologies, and technical advancements in the field. Provide accurate domain expertise for assigned working groups, committees, and teams. Active Secret clearance required. Desired Position Qualifications

Experience administering VMware ESXi, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and Windows Server operating systems. Experience with Microsoft Active Directory. Working knowledge of network administration and troubleshooting of Cisco routing and switching. CompTIA Security+ certification. Position is contingent upon award.
